All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Canada: 10–20 business days
UK & Europe: 10–20 business days
Australia & NZ: 10–20 business days
Rest of World: 12–25 business days

🔍 Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. It may take 3–7 business days for tracking to update after dispatch.
❗ Delayed or Lost Orders
We offer Priority Insured Shipping as an optional protection service. This covers your order in the event of delays, loss, or damage during transit. If it’s been more than 25 business days and your order hasn't arrived, please reach out to us at info@moodsignal.store and we’ll make it right.
